Here’s 3 from me…
1.
There is probably someone who feels more anxious, scared and worried than you do.
Help them to feel better.
It will help you to feel better.
2.
Success is a series of good, small decisions consistently made over a sustained period of time.
You can reach success by consistently trying to be slightly better than the day before.
The power of compounding will be your asset in the long run.
3.
You’re stuck with yourself for your whole life.
So you might as well be stuck with a version of you who you love, respect and care about.

One last thing… I’m holding an online training event called How to lead wellbeing across a school on Monday 7th March 2022. It’s on Zoom, it’s 9am to 12pm, and it’s £50 (+VAT) per person.

Thank you so much for your online training this week. As a headteacher of almost 15 years I really found your training so refreshing and enlightening. I myself have sometimes struggled with mental health over the years and especially dealing with Covid has put extra strain on this.
I think you’re message is extraordinary and I can only imagine the type of caring, considerate and supportive headteacher you were. You said it was a privilege to speak to us. Well I thought it was a privilege to listen.
